So, if Opening Day is an unofficial holiday in St. Louis, then we all got coal in our stockings yesterday. Our young closer completely self-destructed and we lost 6-4. Wanted: Somebody who can throw 95 mph AND put a little something ON the ball!
Oh, did you see what the Yankees' multi-million dollar pitcher did? Even better, he allowed something like 6 runs in 4.5 innings and walked a few as well. We lost 10 - 5. When will they learn that money is not the answer?????
