The new house has been made even better by the addition of places to actually sit down!
Our big new couch is massively huge... yet only fills half of our main room. Still working on what to do with the other half -- other than a darn big Christmas tree once a year! (We also really need lamps on those end tables. And yes, Laurie... we need things on the walls!)
Emilyn is the recipient of all new furniture. Her room is pretty darn stylish... I hope she loves it!
Everything else is pretty much straight from the old house. Things we really need next are patio furniture and a desk for Mommy. The desk might be what goes in the other half of the main room. Or it might go upstairs in the master bedroom, along with Daddy's bill-paying desk.
Once a bit more of unpacking takes place, perhaps we'll get one of the kids to host a video tour of the new house, and we'll post it here. Watch for it!
