In bloom at the Botanical Garden

It was tulip time at the Botanical Garden, so we decided to take Jeanne and Joe down there to see all the colors in bloom. The azaleas weren't popping just yet, but there were many beautiful shades to see, both inside and out!

It was our first time in the Temperate House, with a beautiful tiled fountain -- and a different kind of St. Louis arch.

Every flower bed is like a living painting. Imagine trying to make a beautiful pattern of color before the colors can even be seen! It's like trying to paint blind! But then you get to watch your creation takes shape as it grows. They are total pros at the garden.

There's beauty everywhere you turn -- and plenty of chances to be goofy, too!

There are many, many more beautiful shots of flowers for you to see here. And head on over to Luxe 365 to see my weekly winner for the theme "Litter"! Thanks to the carp -- and crap -- at the Japanese Garden for being such great subjects!
